Electrical Proficiency (NVTI)

ELECTRICAL PROFICIENCY (NVTI)
This is a 6 months program designed to serve the non-formal electrical practitioners who seek to get certification for their practice. The program is purely practical and is accredited under the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI). This program is recommended for the working class and matured people with no formal education, or for JHS graduates who do not seek to undertake the full intermediate Electrical Engineering Technology.
Courses under this program include:
Foundational Electrical Principles and Regulations
Electrical Practical Practice
English Language Proficiency (Basic)
Certificates to be awarded are : NVTI Electrical Proficiency
Electrical Engineering Technology (SHS/Intermediate)
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY (INTERMEDIATE)
This is an 18 Months programme structured into 3 semesters for students who want to pursue electrical training leading to certificate II certification for progression into the university.
The program is both professional and academic to present higher opportunities to students in this program. Courses under this program include:
Electrical and Electronic Principles
Electrical regulations and Installation
Electrical Practicals
Technical Drawing
English Language
Mathematics
Integrated Science
Social Studies
Certificates to be awarded are : NABPTEX, TEU, NVTI Proficiency
Certified Electrical Wiring Professional (Energy Commission)
CERTIFIED ELECTRICAL WIRING PROFESSIONAL(ENERGY COMMISSION)
This is a 2 months intensive classes for practicing electricians to write the Electrical Wiring Certification Examinations under the Energy Commission of Ghana. The program covers the syllabus for commercial wiring license under the energy commission.
We use a blended learning approach which allows our [participants to study with us from their homes and spend a limited time in the classroom. This has been a very effective approach for the working and matured class who may not be able to spend lots of time in the school. Courses taught include:

Tools and Equipment
Installation and Maintenance
Power Economics
Contract Planning
Certificates to be awarded are : CEWP (Energy Commission)
NABPTEX & TEU (Remedials)
REMEDIAL CLASSES FOR NABPTEX & TECHNICAL EXAMS
This is a 7 months remedial class spanning January to September. The program is for graduates who wish to register for the NABPTEX and or Technical Exams (Electricals). Students are specially trained by seasoned tutors to overcome the challenges of their previous exams and come out successful in the exams. Courses under this program include:
